Default 370z to BSP?

If you haven't submitted a letter at www.sebscca.com I would recommend it! I submitted last night and got a response! I would still encourage everyone to submit feedback. Hopefully we'll see action on this in the next couple weeks.

Chris Hammond,
Your letter has been reviewed by the Street Prepared committee, and a recommendation has been made to the SEB. The SEB will review your letter and the Street Prepared committee's recommendation on their next conference call. Your letter details are below:

Letter #4080
Title: 370Z SP Classing
Request: I would like to propose that the 370z get classed in BSP along with the 350z. It is not currently classed in any SP class from the SOLO rules.

Mine too:

Letter #4079
Title: 370Z SP Classing
Request: I just looked at the 2011 Solo2 rule book and the 370Z is not classes on SP. Wasn't it classed in BSP already? If not, why don't we put it there for now until we see if the BSP to ESP move happens for the 350Z. Thanks.

Thank you,

SEB

Me three! Got notice yesterday that a reccomendation has been made. Thanks for your support! I really dont want to drive against Vipers, Porsche GT2's and SuperCharged Lotus Elises in ASP.

At least in BSP I'll have a chance! Well probably not until they boot 450 HP EVO's out!

Any idea how long it will take them to decide? Will it go into effect before April? I really want to drive BSP in San Diego. I think wide smooth flowing courses we typically see down there will be ideal for the Z cars

I would imagine we may hear something in the March Fastrack, but it's possible it'll be April or May before we hear

Sent a letter last week in support of this. 370Z definitely fits the BSP class.
