Default What is YOUR track set-up?

I looked for a thread like this but really couldn't find much, I know things will differ depending on car, driver, power, track, ect....BUT this might help some people get close and then tweak things to their liking.

I want to know your following:

WHP:
Weight:
Shocks:
Shock Settings(front and rear, compression and rebound):
Spring Rates(front and rear):
Sway Bars:
Sway Bar Settings:
Wheel Specs(front and rear, exact sizes and offsets):
Tire Specs(front and rear):
Camber Arms and Kits(yes or no, what brand/model):
Alignment Settings(camber, caster, toe):
Other Suspension Upgrades or Import Information:
Set-up For(Auto-x, high speed or technical circuit, track name(s) if you wish):

This will allow people like me to find others with similar set-ups and have a good base to start with then adjust settings from there.

Shock Settings(front and rear, compression and rebound): full stiff
Spring Rates(front and rear): SCCA T2 (now T3) springs, very likely to be replaced with a compund spring setup that I haven't figured out exactly what rates on yet

Other Suspension Upgrades or Import Information: Car was originally built to Grand-Am Cup specs in 2004 or 2005, so a lot fo the bushings have been replaced with either solid or delrin bushings. I know a few people that have different settings for different tracks. So that is going to vary. I was hoping this would give people more of a base to start with then adjust from there depending on the track layout and driver style. I will be doing all my suspension/set-up in February and hopefully this will help me with a square wheel/tire, street tire, sway bar set, bolt-on/full weight 350Z.

NHRA Certified drag strips have scales. Also some truck stops will let you jump on if you talked to the person working the counter.

All SCCA National events have scales. I use my buddies scales to corner balance the car every so often.

Yea...but labeling the setups would help understand why certain setting are set a certain way!

Is that rear spring rate at the shock or stock location
I'm guessing shock
With a close to square setup, no rear bar and a fairly stiff front doesn't it understeer heaps?
