Hey,
I have been doing some research here to upgrade my suspension for autocrossing and some track days. Here is what i came down to, my budget is limited so..
Koni yellows
SPC front ant rear camber kit
now i need your help from here on..
What springs i should run?
what other suspension upgrades do you recommend?
Im currently running staggered setup with 18x9.0 front and 18.10 rear, and after autocrossing this weekend I had to run crazy front tire pressures to make sure tires dont roll over.
My budget is 2k so any advice is really appreciated.
thanks

You need to think about what you want to do with the car. Do you want to mainly auto-x it? If so what class do you want to run? Maybe classes don't matter now, but as you get more into it, they might and something as simple as control arms will bump you out of stock class.
Find a class you might like, BSP isn't a terrible place to start as it allows decent mods that won't kill you, and build to that class.

Thank you for your .02. I don't really care about what class to run in autox. I just want the car to feel and perform better than what it is. Im looking to do some track days so it is not only autox car.
I would start with front camber arms, don't worry about the rears just yet. Easy to install, get an alignment and go try again. Even at stock ride height you can get plenty of rear camber but not in the front. I think the lack of front camber is mostly what you were seeing.
I actually had a bad experience with rear camber arms, installed them and after about 6 months had to take them back off. The after market bushings were softer than the stock bushings causing handling issues after they got some miles on them.

First I would look at buying a set of rims and good tires to run on. That will will make you faster than any other mod. I run a 17/9 rim and 255/40/17 Hancock RS3. Staying in the 17 size will save you a lot of money if your on a tight budget. 255 will be plenty of tire at a good price. BFG rivals and dunlope star spec II are the other top street tires to look at but are more expensive.
If you you are justing starting out budget time and money to go to events, A lot of driving time will be the only thing that will make the mods fast, it won't happen magically.
1- Front A arms, I have kinetic ( I like them) easy to adjust and duplicate settings.
2- adjustable sway bars. I have stillen. hotchkiss and I think white line are both adjustable as well and are nice products.
3- Koni yellow are fine( I also have them) best way to go if trying to stay in that price range. But I didn't see a great change when switching from stock, they do adjust and it works fine but if money is tight and your stocks are still good you can wait on these.
4- if you need to stay streetable eibach pro kits will work good with a nice drop but nothing crazy. Starting out you can run these with the stock shocks and be fine.
When you are changing things check your compression rod bushing and lower control arm bushings in the front. They do wear out and need replacing and can make a big difference in the handling of the car.
The best thing to do is go drive, don't pass up events waiting on parts. The driver will always be the one part that needs constant adjustment!
Good luck have fun.
