Yeah really. I doubt it's an issue of the brakes being too small, he's not doing something right.. or the rotors are made of aluminum or something. JGTC, ALMS and World Challenge/Grand Am Cup cars don't go through brakes like that, and they're the pinnacle of production based motorsports.

I do suspect that the calipers are sticking and bought a rebuild kit, but it two weeks for nissan to get it here and didn't have time to rebuild them before this event. Point is, the first place a rotor is going to crack is going to be in the cross drilled holes, so given a choice i'll stick with blanks or slotted.

 

Next weekend will be the test for the Stop Tech's. Three days at VIR.
