You have to call them.. They do not frequent this board at all!! I bought my V2 from them a while back and all was great!!

 

Like Jay said, you must call. Don't try to communicate through e-mail.

I ordered my V2 kit from them July or August 2008, and everything went smoothly. Ken and the others are good people to work with in my experiences.

I talked to Ken last week regarding fitment of the carbon amuse diffuser and he was very helpful even though I bought it from another member. Ken is a very nice guy, just call them.

Overall good service. Just REALLY hard to get a hold of. Quality was pretty good. Should have my full kit w/ diffuser finished this week. I'm Satisfied.
