I'm interested in the aluminum undershroud with both left and right fender wells for an '05 350z. I also want the stainless steel hardware kit. Does the SS hardware kit come with all the clip-nuts also?

Do these clear with the AAM Oil Pan Spacer on? Also does this help with cooling the car? I've got the Momentum Performance kit and dont want issues

Yes these will clear perfectly with pan spacers, They help cooling by getting rid of the heat in the engine bay quicker as they are vented on the bottom and rear of the shield under the engine.

If you are currently running without the shield in place on the front this will help cooling also by forcing air through the radiator, if you don't have the shield the air will go through the bumper and out the bottom behind it instead of being forced through the radiator.

As stated on the website page they no longer have it cut out in the shield, Seems most people didn't want it so I took it out.
