So whats going on with Shine Auto??? Why do they NEVER answer the phones or return phone calls? Ive been waiting on my kit thru them now for almost 2 weeks and they wont get back to me regarding payment info?They cant send the kit with out payment but i also cant pay for it without any info from them. Seems like they need a receptionist. My car is held up in the body shop waiting on the kit which is completely out of my hands at the moment. Im about to do business elsewhere bc I need my car back and this is leaving a VERY sour taste in my mouth. I understand they're busy, but c'mon, what gives????
and apparently im not the only one. Seems like some people on an rx7 forum are finding them near impossible to get a hold of....
can anyone help please? this is like a last resort
Ken at Shine is very busy and even we have some difficulty getting in touch with him. Ordering through an authorized vendor such as MVP gives you the security of always having someone to speak with who can give you updates same day. It's not that Ken is ignoring people, it's simply that he has a massive workload.

I too am an authorized vender through my shop (but the kit was for my personal car). Just as my patience were about to become fully gone, I managed to get Ken on the phone today after trying about 15 times lol. I was about to lose all hope and move on after today, but Ken made the call to my other shop after hanging up with me, and minutes later got a confirmation on payment from Shine. So my spirits are back up
Ken if you read this, thank you.
I was just curious if anyone else was having the same issue.
