I look forward to seeing it, best of luck!
thanks man! i got the front part to fit PERFECTLY, but the sides around the headlights probably about 95% on the fitment and i literally spent about 6 hours trying to get them to fit perfectly around the headlight but i just could seem to get them to fit completely perfect but where i got it will do and isnt that noticeable

What I did to possibly avoid the same situation that occurred with you, I unmounted the bracket underneath the headlight that goes on the bumper and bolted it to the bumper while it was off. I did this to make sure the holes aligned in accordance to the bracket. It made the installation a breeze with excellent flush. I'm glad you got it to work.

What do you guys use to bolt the bumper to the car? Also, mine is pretty floppy and I was thinking of reinforcing it with some home-made brackets and whatnot. Am I completely missing something for the bottom part of it?

I just got mine today (two days early so i was super happy) then what i took it out of the box i noticed it is suuuuuuper floppy. now, i have never ordered anything poly i dont think, but this was a bit disturbing at first. the first shop i brought it to wanted nothing to do with it because its aftermarket, the second shop however took it in but is super concerned about where im going to mount the license plate and also how flexible it is they are saying the paint might end up looking terrible soon..

kinda worried as i thought everything was fairly simple with these bumpers.
i brought it to "the best body shop in town" so im hoping they will just figure everything out and i wont have to worry about it..

also where are u guys ordering the reflectors i'd like to get some black 03 style ones if possible or any at all would be nice lol

it is definitely floppy, but once put on it is pretty sturdy and stays in place very well. i drove around with it for a day on the freeway and just around town while test fitting. and it stays up perfect and i have it held on by the front 6 pins and two bolts on each side of the fenders. i took out the under tray because i dont wanna have to drill holes in the bottom of the bumper. fitment is really good but around the headlights it is a little off, but nothing but a little sanding down when on will make it look flush.

just got back from the shop they have the bumper on for test fit and wanted to go over a few things with me. they told me because of the mold used to make the bumper it had some imperfections they had to fill and sand and fix, like a few gouges and some cuts in the bumper, and they also mounted my license plate bracket onto the bumper.. i live in New Hampshire and we are required to run a front plate so i guess i cant complain but his quote for finished product went from 600-ish to 1000 dollars.

after seeing my face he said he might be able to work with me on the price but from the best body shop in town he wants it to be perfect and have no fitment issues, they even adjusted my lights for me to help fill the gap near the lights that people have been talking about, im including to pictures following this post as well

All aftermarket bumpers need work. Make sure they put flex additive in the paint or you will regret it. A grill will stiffen up the bumper a tad and why put the plate on anyway. $10 fix it ticket every couple years here in Cali. A thousand is about right if you want it done right and don't live in body shop central.

well its not a matter of just drilling the holes in indents that are provided. you gotta line it up and drill them in the correct places. for me it was just a matter of having to line the front portion up first with the hood and then giving the ends a little pull to make it fit around the headlights. the driver side was near perfect but the passenger side i needed to sand it down a bit to make it flush. the need to fill and sand doesnt seem necessary. i even took my car to the shop that im getting it painted at to show them wut they have to work with and they said it is probably the best fitting aftermarket bumper they have seen. and the place i took it to has a Z himself and knows the ins and outs out every aftermarket product out there

My body shop said the same. I bought a Kuruma Z front bumper in poly from Gruppe-S for my wife's G coupe. They said it needed little work and was great for aftermarket

TOTALLY different ball game here in NH they absolutely LOVE to bust cars for everything around here. i live in a pretty small city and every car that has anything done to it is on there list, lowering, exhaust, tint, anything they can find they will pull you for. its just a real pain in the ***, btw i wasnt even asked about the plate thing they just did it.. kinda pissed me off because i was just going to find a different way to mount a plate but when i got there to check out the "test fit" they already had it on so im assuming theres, what, two holes now drilled through the bumper? so i didnt say anything. also im not trying to bash the bumper or anything guys, i was just concerned about getting duped over on the labor because if i read right, i see people getting this all done for about 500-600? and since mine was double that, i just didnt know what was up, still looks badass though but im missing a show this weekend =[[[[[
