Hi All,

I finally have my aerosync installed, couldn't be happier!! I added a piece of diamond pattern powder coated aluminum behind the air intake, looks sharp!

Not the best pic I know but I will have better ones soon. Without a doubt, this bumper looks absolutely insane in person!!

Hopefully Google Picasa doesn't mangle this link.

Questions about this bumper/polyurethane.

Does a poly require a similar amount of prep work as a fiberglass bumper?

Does this bumper line up properly with the wheel well liners on an 05 model?

Does this bumper have pre-drilled holes for the engine under shroud? It's that black pan liner looking thing. Thanks.

Yes, needs lots of prep and fill work

Kind of, you need 06+ wheel wells for better fit as the 05 ones will be a little short, its not that bad though i still got my 04 ones in

No, you wil have to drill the holes yourself, but most are premarked

Hey, for the guys that have had these bumpers already painted and installed. What kind of prep work did the shop have to do to get it painted correctly? My paint shop is having crazy problems trying to paint the bumper.

from what i see, you'll have to drill a hole to make the stillen license plate tow hook bracket to work
