Love this hood, I'm really considering getting one. Any fitment/clearance issues if we have a plenum spacer? Judging from the pictures it looks like from the inside of the hood the vents may come in contact with the strut bar since you have to raise it with a spacer installed. Also, do the girls come with the hood?

We used to have some longer than normal shipping times on parts. Our turn around time is now about 1-3 weeks depending on when you order .

I would strongly recommend a HR hood to add louvers in.

I'm not sure about the plenum Spacer on the hood. It does rub the strut tower a little bit on the sides of the bar, but about the width of a penny.

I"m not sure how much shipping would be on the girls...

A high rise hood? Not too sure what HR is.. Sure, we have 350z master hood templates here so building new hoods is quite easy. Just help show us there is enough demand to warrant building a new mold

sounds like it will NOT fit with a plenum spacer then, if it already rubs a little on the stock setup. also sounds like Cianci doesn't have much of a clue when it comes to Z's and Z parts.

you've never seen a 350z with a bit of bulge in the hood? the HR's need the extra clearance.

yea, a hood with a bump to clear the hr would be great. if you look up hr vs de, you will notice that the hr has a bump on the hood. I was playing around on your website, and it says the weight is 150 pounds. How heavy is the bumper??

We are new to the market but we stock a 350z inhouse to make parts for and look forward to working with the community to build all the parts they might want.

If there is enough interest to build our 599 hood to clear the engine on the HR model we can do that. We would need around 10 people @ 450ea for the initial buy to get it to happen.

Let us know how we can help

P.S We also build parts for a wide range of cars...
