i purchased a set of HID's and ballasts about a year and some ago and I'm experiencing the flicker on my driver side as well as color change in the bulb... any idea why this is happening?

i do not have my order number or anything else I would need to solve this issue via email... i only have my name as well as shipping address and have no idea what or how long the warranty might be good for.

thanks for any help you can provide
