Are you sure about that? I thought the CUGA Type HL is the lightest reclining seat that Bride offers and that's a much higher figure than I've seen elsewhere. The OE cloth seats with rails in my RX-8 weigh 38 lbs each. Based on your weight post I'd be adding weight by changing them to Bride.
I was about to start looking for a pair of CR2AGS with R045HL & R046HL rails, but not if they're that heavy.
