In stock and ready to go in both short and long versions. For the Z, we actually recommend using the long version only, even with a cage and harness bar. The short is doable, but the long ones give you more adjustment range, and if you happen to sit close to the steering wheel, or in a very upright position (like for track days), the short tends to position the release mechanism too high up. Not to mention, longs are far, far easier for you to resell down the road! Leave the shorts for the tiny cars (Miata, CRX etc)

What is required to install these? Harness bar? Drilling? I still don't have a harness after tracking for 3 years because every time I look into it, I never seem to find a good solution

 

at a minimum, a harness bar, or welding long eyelot bolts to your rear strut brace (cutting through the surround plastic trim)
