Default Would an alignment save a pair of tires that are practically bald on the inner tread?

Turns out when i bought the wheels and lowered the car i either didnt get an alignment as i should have or i didnt get the camber rod system. In either case i need to fix this ASAP. That being said the inner wheel of my front tires is completely bald but the tire itself is in almost great shape. Can through alignment or cambers this be salvaged. I'd really like to not have to buy new front rubber and just the rods if possible because im going widebody soon and the front 245's would be wasted. Thanks for the help.

no, you'll need new tires.. I took my car to Discount Tires for the same thing, but they measured the tire thread depth, and it's not safe to remount/balance them.. and mine is not completely bald like yours. They said since the inner treads are close to bald, that means the other side are wearing down as well.. just get new tires..

It depends on how bad the wear is. You might be able to get away with swapping the tires side to side.
