Default Coilovers. What else is needed for superior handling?

Well, I want to adjust my ride height and obviously greatly increase the handling characteristics of my car. The Zeal Function-V6 swift coilover kit looks like a really good kit from what I can see. Easy to corner weight the car and such. However, I have a stock Z, and as many of you have probably read before, I'm new to this stuff. Handling, to me, makes a car more sporty than making it fast in a straight line.

My question is this: If I get a coilover kit like the Zeal coilovers, what else do I need? I would imagine some anti-roll bars. Would I need new springs (I thought coilovers eliminated the need for that) ? I would prolly hold off on a camber kit until after I got my new tires.

Read the Suspension FAQ/Review section above that I posted...Its got tons of general suspension information, as well as specifics for the Z.

I read a bunch of that suspension faq stuff already. I didn't get all the way through it but I didn't reach a part about coilovers yet. I'll have to give it another once over.

I read the coilover article and it didn't really answer my questions. Part of it was a tad confusing, because the article assumed that the reader knew what most of the terminology meant.

What I did get from it is that coilovers really help for adjusting ride height, and corner weighting, which I already knew. What I was trying to find out is if I get the Zeal coilovers, what else do I need to replace in my suspention? Or, should I even get coilovers? My car is a summer car. I dont really care about daily driving. I just want awesome handling. Would I be better off just replacing my shocks/springs? Suspension dynamics can be complicated...

coilovers (struts & springs, therefore eliminates the need to buy extra springs)
sway bars
sticky tires

these are the basic mods to increase handling capabilities

Anybody with a full coilover set know how long they last? I know some of you guys track the car more than you drive it on the street :P

RS-R makes a titanium composite spring that has a lifetime warranty against sagging...It looks like a progressive rate spring.
