Strut removal? This is gettin on my nerves

Disconnect the sway bar, then while pushing the rotor or another part of the attached suspension, pull the strut down and towards you. I found that it is easier with another person pushing the rotor down with there foot, while I pull the strut out. Also, make sure that you take the bolt on the bottom out and not just loosen it.

The sway bar bolt can be a pain, to get the proper angle, you may need to use a jack to relieve the pressure.

there are some snaps and ties that ties the strut to some of the wiring in the engine bay. un-snap them, and pull the strut out. Good luck.

There should only be one bolt to remove for the rear springs. The one closest to you. I had to remove both of my bolts on the pass. side because of my Borla exhaust being in the way. The rears are very easy.

to remove the front struts, i always undo the bolt that connects the upper a arm to the knuckle. also, if you only have one side up at a time, it is almost impossible to get the swaybar bolts out, because it is twisting. make sure you have the whole front of the car up.
