ok; the 350evo one is front and rear; but I dont see them selling just the rear; so... we'll half it; your at 800 vs 115. reasons? am I missing something?

Spherical bearings.
Much better than stock bushings.
350evo.com sells just the spherical bearing kit itself for $1500 (it replaces more than just the bearings on the pieces on the camber kit though.)

so if Im just looking to make my tires do this | | instead of / \ then the 115$ set will do me fine. not like Im moving to worse than stock bushings or anything... Im tired of getting 5000miles on tires; but I also cant quite afford 1500$ either; I need a clutch soon. so 115$ is doable if itll take care of things.
Correct, you can use the SPC to correct toe and camber....Only in the rear though.
You'll need A arms to correct the front. Kinetix has them cheap, cusco (stillen and JIC which I'm not sure if they are out yet) a little more expensive and 350evo the best.
The spherical bearings are only necessary if you want better handling...so if you were tracking your car or a serious road enthusiast.
