Default Help Tein Guys...(Flex ?)

On the tein flex coilovers is the ride height related to spring rate?? Meaning can you have the same spring rate no matter how much you lower you car?

with the TEIN Flex you can run with no pre-load on the springs when adjusting height since you can adjust from the lower bracket of the shocks...

You can also put some pre-load on them and adjust them the same way, this will shorten the overall spring stroke and stiffen up the ride...
