If so, where did you get your kit from and where did you hide your compressor? I searched and it came up empty so I thought I'd post and ask. Even though I like the looks having air ride where I live is almost a neccessity with sportscars because of steep driveways and I live outside town with the motherload of potholes.

The northeast has some of the worst roads and my friends and I all have slammed cars. My last car was so low that if the road crowned too much in the center of the lane it would scrape under my car. My z isnt lowered yet but it will be soon. You just got to pay to play and drive carefully.

Bags are for minitrucks not sportscars. My $.02

Yea but that doesnt make it necessary. Theres no need for airbags on a stock height production vehicle. They arent that low.

When my dad nearly tore the front end off his stock height corvette pulling into the grocery store, yea I have a need. almost every drive in this town is a steep ramp and there are not many sportscars, those with sportscars can't even enter half the drives because of how poorly MODOT fixes the roads in town and screws up drive entrances. Not looking to start a flame war on the subject but thats my situation.

I guess you can email a few companies that manufacture airbags, and see if they have any products for the Z. All i can help you with =]

I dont find it neccary for the Z..but if you want it slammed and you want the comforts of parking in a driveway then you might need one. i wouldn't want my car slammed eitherway ><.

Man, I wish there was. My front bumper clearance is a scant 3.5", and the front edge of my side-skirts come in at just over 2.5". I believe the Lamborghini has a system that will give you an extra 2" of clearance on one of their cars. That would really help. I just wouldn't want to compromise the handling of the car the way it is now.

Low is low....

Yeah it seems like alot.
But if you want a combination of retaining awesome suspension, AND having a "gangsta" profile while being street driven, that's a nice solution. I'd absolutely do it if I had the money.

It's worth saving all those super-expensive authentic JDM bumpers I see this board.
