I bought a 2003 brickyard Track edition from a fellow co-worker. I thought all track editions came with brembo brakes but it doesn't say brembo brakes on my brakes. Did this edition not come with it?
it doesnt look like that. I could have sworn my 2003 is a track edition from what the seller told me. He probably BS'ed me. how can i check what model my car is? It is a 2003, brickyard, navigation system, rear spoiler, front lip diffuser, cloth seats, 6 MT. thats about All i know. It does have that slip differential and it also havs VSD i think.

The stock Brembo's are the orange like above. If you don't have those, you don't have Brembo's, which means you don't have a track. From what you described, sounds like you have a fully loaded Touring edition. Are your rims six-spoke rims made by Rays Engineering? It'll say it right on the rim. If not, then its probably a Touring and the sales guy douped you.
What kind of rims do you have? How many spokes? There were a few dealers that installed the navigation separately on the 03 Track models, so they aren't completely extinct. Can you also describe how your brakes look since they do not look like the ones in the picture?
Give the VIN to a nissan dealer. I am sure they can tell you what it is. You could also check to see if you have the underbody difussers in the rear. I think they only came on the Track models
