Question Anyone have 1 rear koni shock?

I was doing my install this weekend and the thrends on one of the rears were messed up. I forced the nut on (bad idea) and now I can't adjust it. I am going to take it off tonight and see if I can fix it somehow but I'm guessing no. So I need 1 shock.
Let me know.

So I took it off last night and something is definitly broken inside. I still can't adjust it but it seems to work fine other then that. No noise and seems to be set at or close to full soft like the other side. i want to change it but do you think I can wait for a used one to come up for sale? I don't know how they are built, any chace of some kind of catastrophic failure?

You can rebuild konis, no need to get new one.

I highly recommend that you call Koni and have a conversation about that you did and how you go about sending the shock to them. They are extreamly nice and will do you right, though not for free. I can say that I had a warrantly related experience with them recently where they shipped me two new shocks and only one of those shocks was actually damaged in the first place.
