Default camber adjustable or not?

ok, wtf. i've always read the camber on our cars was adjustable. if lowering the car took camber out of spec, you could at least adjust camber a bit to help with inner tire wear and with alot of instances have it corrected back within spec. but, one this one guy insists that our camber is not adjustable. can someone chime in on this for me. not sure if he is right or not. he thinks i was being a smart with him but in all honesty i was just really puzzled and confused.

there isnt that much adjustablity from the factory... but its enough to get it aligned with its self...

if you are worried about inner tire wear...

No camber adjustment on the front. There is a little in the rear but not enough to bring it within stock spec if you lower more than ~.75".
