VQ-

I was thinking the same thing. The design is the same. They may make some changes to which shock or springs they use, to tune specifically for Z's weight, etc.

I asked this elsewhere, but don't remember a response. It looks like you could only do coilover in the front, if you were so inclined. Does that seem right?

But will Nismo make a full coilover kit that can compare to the quality of Tein on Honda's?

My hope is Tein make some coilovers for us. They make them for Mazda, Sub, Honda, and Toyota.... So, why not the Z!!!

If Tein does come out with a full coilover kit, I hope it is the RA level damper. The track model with RA suspension would drive better than a Porsche. I've been in an S2K with this suspension setup and we were ripping on/off ramps at 140 km/h. Serious g's.

The real question is the rear setup. Notice that it is not a coil over shock setup by design. There doesn't look to be enough room for a coilover in the rear. It will be interesting to see how the aftermarket approaches this scenario.
