Alignment in Atlanta (specs?)
Hey guys, I'm heading back home to Atlanta, and I'll need to get my car lined up before I bring it back up (Louisville). Any recommendations for shops in Atlanta who will do a decent job.? I guess more imporntantly, what are the alignment specs du jour for the best compromise in no feathering (I bought an 03) and good handling/ride, etc? I've searched and searched this topic, and I read 100 different things, people saay they added some toe, and all was well, other said that sucked. Let me know. Also in another thread, someone mentioned NTB and firestone having lifetime alignments, what's the deal with that? ($?)
Preference would be North side of of town, or in the city, since that's where I'll be (and can get a ride).
Thanks!
Chuck

Firestone has lifetime for 120. You'll get a card and can bring it back anytime for alignment, for free. I suggest you give you mechanics good tips, he'll take care of you.
If not, try out Butler Tires. More expensive, one time alignment, but they do good job as well. Also, I forgot but check out www.importatlanta.com and g35frenzy.com for more of the local stuffs.
Always ask for them to print out the spec sheets. Specs are listed with the range. If they do it right, it should fall into the range listed.
MAKE SURE that you ask them to ZERO your toe setting or else, it'll be a bigger issue than negative camber.
