Thats the same exact problem I have, strange. Thats making me doubt that its the end links. I did the wiggle test and everything seemed solid. I also installed a new exhaust recently which was pushed against a cross beam toward the middle of the vehicle so I now think that it might be my y-pipe bending/flexing and hitting something underneath when I turn, not sure? Wonder if others are having this problem?

Dude check your exhaust, like previously stated I had this same problem. Come to find out it was my exhaust that was pinned causing my y-pipe to flex when I turned and making the bolts loose then came the knocking noise in the passengers side. I fixed the exhaust and the noise went away. GL

not going to have any updates for several weeks, as it takes a bit of time to do the prototype, but we started working on it this past weekend - I'll keep the thread updated as progress is made!

Just saw this.
I had been waiting for Nismo to start selling theirs again, but if something better is coming to market, I'd be all over it.

I'd pick up a set if these came to market.

Can I be your test subject? =D

My rear links are totally toast, everytime I hit a bump on a highway turn, it feels like my rear end is going to FLY loose, it later regains control but whenever it happens it's so friggin scary

There is a local shop by me called tcdesignfab (www.tcdesignfab.com). They custom fabricate race car parts and can easily do end links.

Give them a call and let them know dave H sent you. He's doing some work for me right now so I can potentially give him my car to use as a prototype. Let me know if you are serious about this.

Dave

Welcome...

BTW...might want to delete your other thread on this so that we don't have two threads floating around. Just go to your thread & click "thread tools" on towards the upper right to find this option. Thanks!

Very interested as well. I just bought a stock one to replace my busted front passenger endlink. Def wanna upgrade these things if there's an economical/better option out there. I would've definitely gone SPL over the Nismo version...

Nismos have been on backorder for FOREVER, I gave up on those suckers. I called SPL and they only have the rear sets available but they haven't completed the fronts yet so they're not in production... and I don't intend on waiting for any of these companies to get their stuff back on track so Dave, think you can ask them to custom fab something up? I REALLY need the fronts now because my front sways are set on ultra stiff + the driving I do kills OEM endlinks within 5k miles. Let me know if those guys can make something that holds up on major autox abuse on a daily basis
