Default Car problems! Need help.

I recently replaced my suspension with Tein Basic Coilovers. I have lowered them ever since I switched out the suspension. But lately the front of my Z has very bad noises coming from the front whenever I hit a bump. Sometimes it sounds really bad. Is it possible that the suspension cant handle it being lowered? I dont really take my car hard around turns or anything like that either.

Did you get it aligned after installing the coilovers? does it make a rubbing sound or is it more like something is hitting?

It sounds more like something is hitting. Its kind of like a thump or thud when I go over bumps even when going over them slow. All the bolts are very tight. Thanks for the repies btw guys.

I have this same problem after installing my aftermarket springs. I am pretty sure its the end links. Everything else looks tight and solid. Some stronger/adjustable aftermarket ones are currently in development and should be available for sale within the next week or so. SPL and NISMO currently have ones as well but they are pricey and hard to find. Trust me you are not the only one with this problem. The stock end links are crap, I am surprised that only until recently some ppl have stepped up to make something better.

Hey reptile do you think they could go bust? This car is my daily driver. Also, you're talking about your front suspension right?

I doubt they will go bust right away but if not changed they eventually will. You will realize that the noise does not go away and just gets louder. My Z is my daily driver too, this noise is starting to get on my nerves. They are very loose and bang up and down as I turn. I will let you know when the aftermarket ones are released or you can see for yourself by typing in end links on the search menu. Yes I am talking about my front suspension. I currently have eibach sways, tein h. tech springs and 06 shocks and struts. What type of setup are you running?

Just recently threw on some Tein basic coilovers. I dont know if this is a factor, but the car is pretty damn low.
