Default Please help me with my HKS LS height adjustment

So I originally had a shop install the coilovers, so I have no idea what I'm doing down there. Is it as simple as just using the wrench to turn the adjustment perch up and down? Do I need to loosen anything before I start crankin away?

I'm hoping to lower both the front and the rear of my car a tad. Just to confirm, I want to move the front height adjustment perch down, right?

For the rear I think the height adjustment perch is on the top, so for the rear I should be moving the perch up, right?

Please help!! I really want to give this a shot before I take it to a shop and pay someone to do it. And I really don't want to pay someone else, if its as easy as turning a ****....

Thanks! yea I have the wrenches and all. What I want to know is, is there a bolt or anything that I have to loosen before I start to turn the perch? I mean, is there anything that locks in where the perch sits? Or do I just jack up the car and start turning the perch?

best thin to do is move the bottom locking bolt down from the upper one and go to town on the one the spring rests directly on...

with the flex, it is case length adjustable so easier to adjust and does not affect ride quality...

with the LS, you adjust height by compressing the spring... the lower you go, the less spring stroke is left, the stiffer the ride..
