Adjustable Camber parts question.
on the Basic they say you can get to stock height up front, and out back their highest setting is -.1 (so essentially stock) - I've honestly never verified this, as no one really installs coilovers just to leave the car at stock height; not to mention, every car is a bit different, so not every car will exhibit exactly the same drop
I would not want 2.4" worth of spring preload (basically full preload) in order to get the front to oem ride height. Your better off at the very least to follow Tein's setup recommendation of -1"/-0.8" .

it is, in a nutshell, the process by which you adjust the coilovers so that each tire is supporting as close to the same weight as possible. This is done with scales, generally by adjusting both rideheight, and spring preload. Having each tire supporting the same weight leads to a more neutral handling car that acts more predicably.
That being said, if you are not doing hardcore auto-x or track use, I would not bother investing the $$ into cornerweighting, unless you want to ring the absolutely maximum level of performance from the car on the street.

any idea how to measure the drop on the tein coilovers? I'm basically wondering how to lower the car as much as possible and still be able to get the car back into spec.
