i installed a lot of these guy's suspensions
and i used to work for em..
in terms of 3 way coils..
there really is no need unless you reaaaly track your car..
otherwise you might hinder than help handling

the ride quality is actually good - I have them set on full soft for the road and think it's comfortable...not as soft as OE, but decent. I commute 45min each way to work in this car, so it can't be too bad!

pics - not sure when I'll be able to get any...it's been snowing again in Seattle, which means the Z sits in the garage. The car is soooooo dirty right now...would be embarrassed to take a pic of it in it's current status! I'm hoping to get some time this weekend if the wife lets me
