I have a G35 but since the G and the Z share the same suspension I figured Z owners might have the problem too.
Everytime I make a turn onto a driveway or any inclination. I get this loud pop in the rear.
I have had this even when my car was stock. It seems more prounounced now after I have installed my hotchkis sways and HKS hipermax RS.
What could be the problem? Anyone with the same problem can give me some input?
Crossmember bolts need tightening?
End links loose?
What could be wrong?

It's possibly your rear sway bar or the end links. Did you check to see if there was any play where the sway bar is attached to the end links? Adjust the setting on your sway bar to see if the noise goes away. I have a similar issue with my front sway bar when it's set tight.

End links are prob. busted, it only gets worse over time. This happened to me after changing my suspension. To replace both rears will be about $60 from your Nissan dealer. Simple fix

Oh crap, should have done it right before I did my coilovers and sways. Wonder if infiniti will turn me down for warranty service
who else have any more input before I buy myself some endlinks? Don't wanna buy something I don't need.

They will probably turn you down on warranty service. For the money I'd get quality end-links. Dave mentioned a couple, though I think the Nismo's are in endless backorder. Powergrid.com also has adjustable end links.

I'm guessing that the rear springs are not seated properly in the perch? Do not know how it could've happened with the stock springs. Got the pop before and after installation.
Well, I doubt it's the spring seating. Do a search for "clunk" and you will find that many have had this issue and resolved it with new end links.
I'm not sure this will work in your case, it did in mine, but if you crawl under the car and twist them with your hand (at the top and bottom) you can actually feel a slight clunk. Try both as it might only be one of them. They should move smoothly.

Here is a link to a end-link thread:

Read every single thread on G35driver and my350z.
Things that came up are:
1) Some body panel in the rear needs adjusting cause its hitting the right shock tower or something.
2) End link bolts lose/ bad end link
3) crossmember bolts needs to be torqued down.
4) grease the springs?
5) reuse the upper rubber seat on the OEM springs
6) Springs not seated correctly in the spring perch
I have no idea which one is my case... damn...

I have the Nismo sways with Nismo end-links, but when I had the stock end links I could get them to move back and forth with a bit of effort. That's how I found the bad one I had (slight clunk when I moved it back and forth).
I still think you have a bad one though based on your description of the problem. When you go over bumps, especially at an angle, you're putting load on the sway and thus the end link.
BTW - You can buy stock end links for about $20 each, though I really recommend something more sustantial or you'll be at it again soon:

and have a hefty price tag. They are kinda spendy, but not having that blasted clunk everytime I make a turn if the road was uneven or going over any kinda bump made it worthwhile to me. Plus the Nismo's and the the others above are adjustable for when I take it to the track, which is a big plus over the stockers IMO.
The Powergrid ones are the only ones that have seen some time on a track and gotten a favorable review that I know of. As I remember someone who had the SPL ones had an issue with them coming loose but it's impossible for me to say if that was an install error or a problem with the product. The TCDesign ones are new but also look promising.
If I were buying now I'd probably look at the Powergrid ones because of the positive input from track time, which will stress them far more than street use IMO. I'm sure there are others that have used the SPL parts on the track, and the TCDesigns ones will probably see time soon if they haven't already as well. We just haven't seen the reviews on them yet, good or bad.
I haven't had any issues with the heim joints on the Nismo's, which both SPL and TCDesigns use, but other have said that they've seen problems with heim joints, so YMMV. The Powergrid is similiar to the stock end links (pressed ball joint), but seem to be heavier duty and are also adjustable. That may not be worth the difference in price though (I think the SPL's are ~$130 and the Powergrids ~$160). Of course if the SPL's have a problem with coming loose then they just aren't worth it at all, but I wouldn't be able to make that judgement. You could always ask the Powergrid folks to match SPL's price...
If you don't go to the track then it may make sense to spend the money on replacement stock parts and use them until things flesh out a bit. I suspect that there will be other vendors coming out with their own since the profit margin seems pretty high on these.

but if the stock end links were causing the popping noise, will replacing them with new ones remedy the situation temporarily? or will they act the same because of the stiffness of the HKS RS & hotchkis sways.

To answer your next question... Yes, the same thing will happen... I replaced my stock ones with stock links... They are showing signs of wear too... Actually - there is an "audible" wear... Im just waiting on Adams (Z1) links...
