Default tein s techs

I was looking into buying the tein s tech but is lowering the car with just springs bad for the shocks? I heard somewhere that you could do some damage to the suspension with just springs...

thanks

"People" say that, but I ran RS*R springs on stock shocks for a year and a half without incident.

I have Tein S springs and it gives you a mild drop. I'm still using my stock shocks. It rides and handles better than stock.

My stock shocks lasted until about 60k and then they started showing their wear. Totally normal.

If you are worried about it. Pick up a set of D-specs with the s techs. If I had done it all over again. I would have done the d-specs before anything else.
