Default Tuning for understeer/oversteer with Sway Bars - advice please.

I just installed the Hotchkis TVS1 Kit and Tokico shocks. Per the manual, I have the sways set full stiff up front and full soft in the rear. Right now I'm experiencing a lot of oversteer which is what Hotchkis intended. Which is a better option:

1. Full stiff up front - med in the back.
2. Med up front - soft in the back.

I also have tokico adjustables, which I'll probably tune after sways. Any advice? This is for street driving - basically more aggressive without compromising safety is what I'm looking for.

I personally like Med front and Med rear. On my car (which will handle differently due to the use and setup of different components) this gives a very neutral handling. Many people can tell you the settings they have on their car, but the feel of the car is a very personal thing. So just set it dead in the middle and adjust to your feel from there.
