Default Mixing suspension components

Since I added the Vortech, my front end sits a little too low. I've decided to go with Blistein PSS9. My current setup is Tokico D spec and Tein S-Tech for 350z. I have a G35 Coupe. I'm not to excited about the progressive rear springs on the PSS9 and I love the drop I got from the 350Z S-Techs. Since the S-TEch rear springs are linear with 402 spring rate, can I simply keep the S-Techs and just switch out the shocks? The progressive spring rate for the PSS9 rears are maxed out at 420. Also, what is the minimum drop I can expect with the PSS9 on the G35 Coupe?

Are the PSS9s adjustable?
