Those with TEINs...

What do you guys set for dampening in the fronts and rears? Just want to get a general idea. I know it's personal taste, thanks!

Tein recommends +8 fr and rr. I have mine set at +6 fr + 4 rr and its stiff enough. Use this as a start point esp if you plan to use your car as a daily driver. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys!!! With TEINs recommended settings, do you feel any handling improvements aside from the "fix" for the bounce? I know it's a preference, but just can't wait till I get the TEINs on......
