Default e-brake problem

ok i was just at my friends house and his driveway is kind of steep. I tried to park on it but the car started to roll back down. I had the e-brake up completely but it still rolled back. My driveway is sloped and its not as steep as his but if i release the brake the car will roll back. So when i got back home i went up my driveway and checked to see if it would stay if i put the e-brake up and it did. Does anyone have any idea what happened?

Our cars are known for having weak *** e-brake. My car has the same problem on a steep hill.
If you have to park your car on steep slope, yank that sucker up as hard as you can and put ur car in a gear.

in a up hill you should always put it in 1st or 2nd gear and reverse on down hill. as to what happened maybe it was too steep
