Default TEIN Flex Emergency!

Hey Guys I just installed the tein flex kit on my 04 Z. First we installed it with the Pyramid rubber thing in the rear with the gold adjustment ring cylinder in the rear. With the all the rings down, the car still looks like a 4x4. Then I Pulled out the gold ring adjustment part and raised the shock level to the highest point, and the car is way too slammed. What do I do? Do I remove the rubber and leave the gold adjustment part in? If I take the rubber out, won't the spring move out of place? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Just so you know, I am only having problems with the rear.

The spring perch replaces the rubber portion.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to try to revome the rubber cone and see if that works. Anyone else have this problem or anyother input?

Tein's online instruction manuel show's the use of the oem upper spring seat and the lower rubber insert that fits in the lower control arm. IMO, set the ride height with the gold spring seat and adjust rear dampner length to put 1" or so of spring preload, or to maintain proper rear dampner travel range.
