The most understeer would be really stiff upfront and soft in the back (anyone correct me if im wrong) but those setting may not really work good or may be very uneven so you may want to consider something in between and not the most extreme position of the bars.

I have mine set to stiffest in front and medium in the back. I have the new ones also with 4 holes in the front.

If you want to INCREASE the understeer from stock and decrease the handling capabilities, why don't we just trade swaybars then? Mine are stock and it's plenty safe.

This too is what I have. I've been through all setups and this seems to work best for me. Great feeling in and out of turns.

Set the front on the hole closest to the torsion bar, set the rear on the hole furthest from the torsion bar. This will give you full stiff up front and soft in the rear. This is the most you can get for full understeer.
Understeer will depend on a lot of other things as well (driver being the biggest one), so set it up there and play with it after you have gotten use to it. I suggest that you only change one setting at a time and go softer with the end of the car that is not working (i.e. Understeer - soften the front).

I personnally have the bars set to medium-medium, but I am looking for a slightly understeering car at turn in and that has enough torque so I can get power oversteer at corner exit.
