I bought some used Tokico D-spec shock here and the stiffness adjusting thread on the rear driver is completly gone, will Tokico sell me a single shock replacement? How much will it cost?

Also, I'm looking to upgrade the suspension, but the Z already comes with OEM sways and strut, is the only benefits to changing to aftermarket sways is the ability to adjust them? How about the aftermarket struts? Do they just last longer than the OEM, with little to none other benefits?

 

Is it brand new? Or do you mean it's worn off by usage? If it's brand new they should send you a brand new set under warranty, but I have doubts that they will sell you one single shock ...

Shocks are wear items, so I would be hesitant to run one brand new rear shock on one side, and a heavily used one on the other.
