Hmm...I don't have the same issue, but possibly related. Back in March '07 I had a set of Hotchkis springs installed on my 2006 Z and I have just noticed that when I park the car and open the door and get out there is a squeaking sound that comes from the rear wheel area. If I just it in the car and wiggle my weight front and back I can reproduce the sound. Sometimes if I disengage and then re-engage the E-brake the sound goes away. I can't tell if it is a noisy e-brake, squeaky spring mount or something else. You might ask a moderator to move this to the Suspension section, there should be a better response there.

Default Squeak in suspension

I can tell you I had the exact problem -- I could really hear it at slow speeds in parking lots, going into my driveway, etc. I finally traced it the rear sway bar endlinks. I could not see or feel any problem with them off the car and on the bench -- but finally eplaced them with adjustable links, and the noise went away. Maybe it is my imagination, but the car felt better, and is now quiet again. I went ahead and did the fronts a couple days later.

it is probably the sways...it's a common problem. well not really a problem as it can be just normal when you put sways on, but you might want to give it a look see, if they were fine before.

not something i would be extremely worried about, maybe new bushings? maybe new endlinks? im not sure

Grease everything. All rubber pieces pretaining to the stances and sways. Problem solved.
