mine make a fade noise after replacing 4 rotors and the rear brake parts , it sounds like fade squeal, normally noise that occur when the metal indicator touches the rotor but all my brake pads are fine.Only happen after changing the rotors and brake pads, by the way my front brembo caliper has been serviced.

Sorry to revive an old one but this is the most relevant thread that came up in the search. I have an 07 (stock, non-Brembo) with 37k miles on it. Never had the brakes serviced. About 6 weeks ago I got an oil change and on the little inspection they do they measured the brake linings at 7mm in the front and 4mm in the back.

Now I hear squeaking every time I brake with any bit of force. If I'm doing a very slow, gradual stop there is no noise. But any bit of more force on the pedal results in noise. Weird thing is today when it was dry out I heard the noise. Tonight after the roads were wet from rain they were silent. Any thoughts before I call this one in?

I am also having this same problem. Did you figure out what the cause was?

Well, the car had been sitting undriven for a week, and the problem went away a couple days later. A few hard stops from about 30mph seemed to reset something or grind away any rust or dirt that had built up. I'm all set now.
