Ok so I wanna lower the Z but I got a few questions and fears. I love how the car handles, but I a afraid that a lowering may ruin that fun ride. Ok so here are the questions, I assume I need some springs and shocks obviously; so whats a good choice. And second do I need a camber kit.

most popular spring/shock setup are Tanabe GF210 springs with Tokico D-spec shocks (adjustable).

going after market on suspension, if done right, won't kill the "fun ride" as you call it. it will only improve on it. and yes, a camber arms are recommended.

How low? RS-R springs are close to 04.5+ spring rates but only lower the car by .6". I ended up with -1.4 camber up front and -2 in the back.

Ride and handling are close to stock, but you get a little more underster than stock at the limit.

I don't want to slam the car, prob 1 inch or 1.5 inch is more than enough for me.

just choose a nice coilover set. Not sure how low you want but you can adjust the shocks as well.

Been doing a lot of reading and i'm torn between stance coilover or
tanabe gf210/Tokico D-spec adjustable shock combo.

this subject has been covered a thousand times... a little searching goes a long way...
if your looking for something that is not adjustable, go with the gf210 springs. if your not sure what drop you want, i would say go with a set of coilovers.
