Default What size are the strut bar bolt/nuts?

I lost my stock strut bar bolts/nuts. I think it was 6 bolts and 2 nuts. Anyone know what size they are so I can get them at a hardware store instead of getting ripped off at a dealership?

I wanna say it's a 14mm, but not too sure of the thread size.

I found 14mm x 10mm x 1.25 thread as the correct size...someone want to interpret that for me? Like, what do I say so I don't look like an idiot when I ask the customer service person if they have what I need.

I have a feeling I'll have to special order these. I'd like ones about 1/2 cm longer than the OEM ones because of my elevated strut tower bar (to accommodate the plenum spacer) and just to secure the whole thing better with the spacers installed.

14mm is the socket size, 10mm is the length, and 1.25 is the thread pitch.

thanks failsafe. I'm going to measure the length because 10mm seems pretty short. Maybe the source I got it from was wrong. I hope the parts store has a thread "checker" before I buy so I can make sure the pitch is correct.

Anyone know where to buy metric bolts like this? I have a strong feeling they're not at Lowes or Home Depot.

I hate to be redundant, but I took a look at some metric hex bolts and they're all labeled M___ x ___ x ____

I feel like the last blank is pitch, but does anyone know what the OEM strut tower brace bolts specs are? I know it's a 14 mm socket, which I initially thought was the number that goes after the "M" but that's not the case according to some Googling. I'm looking for a bolt that's about 1/2cm longer than the OEM bolt, so if I could get the OEM specs in the format above and what it would be with 1/2cm more in length, that would be GREAT!

FYI for anyone who needs to know in the future: M10x1.25 is the size...supposedly. I bought that size, tried to install them, and broke the bolt in the hole. I don't understand why. Now I need to drill and re-thread the holes.

same thing happened to me. That's not the correct size. Just go to nissan to buy the bolts.
