Hotchkis TVS Stage 1 Suspension Package.
I've heard about the Hotckis TVS Stage 1 suspension package and that it is a very good kit to improve handling, ive talked to a few autocross guys and they said this kit is perfect for autocross and daily driving.
What do you all think?.

Do a search for TVS and you will find all the info you could possibly want. It's a good package, but I wouldn't call it "perfect" for auto-x since the rear sway and spring upgrade bumps you into a higher handicap class. If you are just doing it for fun, then go for it. Intense used to sell this package for $399 shipped but I'm not sure you can find it that cheap anymore.
Yeah, there is plenty already written up on the TVS kit, but seriously, its a good kit. The drop from the springs is modest, so if you're worries about scraping then this would be a good choice. The springs are a bit heavier then some, but they a stronger too and won't sag as soon as some would.
It's a great kit, spring rates are good, quality pieces on all parts. One thing is that the drop isn't as low as I want it to be but after having it for awhile now, it's settled a little more. A little over 1 inch drop on front and rear.
Go ahead and buy the kit. So it will be waiting for you. But you might change your mind by then. Better yet. Have some give me your keys to the Z and I'll install them for you and make sure the car is broken for ya, when you get back. LOL. Hold it down there. Glad to see another GA boy here.

I've been running this for almost a year and totally happy with it.
The only negative would be that since you're dropping on OE shocks and struts, they will wear out faster because they aren't valved properly for the lowered ride. But the upside is that when they do, a coilover would be a nice upgrade.

Settings will all be placed on your personal preference. But I can say what you listed above will not work or need to be suggested. The front doesn't need to be softer than the rear. For your not drifting. They both can be the same setting. But obviously the front has one more setting than the rear. Start with what Hotchkis recommends and go from there.
I'll tell you a good thing to do. Google sway bar tech. or any other combination of words with sways and you'll find a lot of good info. I spent over five hours one night reading into different scenario's and setup's.
My setup is full stiffness in front and have a staggered setup in the rear. One is in the full stiffness slot and the other is in the middle. Works perfect for me. And yes you can do this. If someone says other wise, there wrong. It's best to have adjustable end links though. Just search and it will let you know the variables of doing such a setup. I can tell you, doing a staggered setup, it doesn't divide in half the percentages of stiffness.
