Bumper doesn't need to be removed, you can get to the bolts without removing it, and the side skits, same thing; just loosen some of the bolts holding the side skirts. Installation is actually pretty easy; I just wish the pair I bought after being told they fit the G, actually did fit on the G. For the record, they don't.
