Default what do the masses think of this suspension choice?

hello all. so i bought my aftermarket rollers. stuck with 18's, ruff racing 281's. went with 8.5 on front and 9.5 on back with +1 tires. offsets of +22. what i have in mind is the eibach pro kit springs and tokico d spec shocks. as for the car its a weekend driver. would this setup be suitable to my time spent behind the wheel? looked for something to drop the car but provide a good ride along with it.

Ride quality is a subjective thing of course. IMO, you could make a worse spring choice by going with something that has less spring rate, something that won't help as much to keep you off the car's unforgiving oem bumpstops. Adding in the D-specs is a good idea to because they are valved well and offer a shoter rear shock length. You could do better with a coilover designed to deliver comfort like Tein CS or Bilstein Pss(9), but that kicking up your cost a whole lot too.

Tein S-tech, Hotchkis and Swift are also good spring choices, but don't offer the drop amount that the Pro-kits have.

Yea I Figured This Setup Would Be Sufficient For As Often As I Drive The Car. I Felt I Couldnt Go Wrong With The Eibach's And The D Spec's To Work Along With Them. I Think It Will End Up Working Out Pretty Nice. Didnt Feel The Need To Go With Coilovers. For A Nicely Taken Care Of Weekend Driver I Think Ill Be Good To Go.

I had the Eibachs and stock shocks then swapped to Tokico Dspec shock and spring combo. In my opinion the Eibachs rode smoother on the interstate, but the Tokico shocks are more predictable when driving at the limit. Maybe it is because I changed the shocks. Hope this helps.

cool man thanks. also wondering.....does replacing the stock parts here, the factory springs along with the shocks provide any kinda of weight reduction? i know if anything it would probably only be a few lbs. just wasnt sure if there would be a difference at all in weight.
