Tein Flex problem...

Loose washer sounds are coming from my left rear Tein Flex again.
I took it to the shop to have the upper mount bolt torqued, and it was fine for about 2 weeks. I started to hear loose washers coming from back there again... Does it often require retightening this often? Or was it not tightened enough the first time? The sound makes me nervous...

Help please?

I think they **** the bolt, maybe.
