Stop Tech dilemma!!
so i checked today if everything´s right....and took her out for another test ride.everything works fine-->no more "fluid"
there´s still another little problem, but should be easy to be solved.
the left front caliper seems to have some "problems" to open back again on it´s own.i´ll bleed both front calipers tomorrow or monday...so no driving for me this weekend anymore

scratches on rotors, where? surface of the rotors or edge?
scratches on calipers, where? top bottom, etc?
leaky calipers? Imho.. probably due to improper bleeding and/or installation. no offense. i've installed 5 sets of bbks (stoptech and other companies) and i've never had a leaky caliper as long as it was bled correctly and the bolts to the lines were properly seated correctly.
did u raise the calipers up 90degrees to get all the air out?

Mine did the same thing after i bled them....it could be brake fluid left in the top of the bleeders leaking down while driving.....i used compressed air to clean out the tops of the bleeders after i bled them and it stopped...

so it´s quiet impossible to snap some pics.but the "dents" where on the under side of the caliper(s)

Step 5
Install AeroRotor Assembly
AeroRotors MUST be cleaned with soap and water prior to installation. Not doing so will damage
the rotors and pads, and will prevent the brakes from performing properly.
Warning: Do not skip this step!
Even though the rotors may look clean, the rust
inhibitor is in place, and it must be removed.
Not cleaning the rotors will severely impact the
performance of your new brake system

washed it down!!!!! what i was trying to was that it could maybe be that there´s some rust inhibitor on the inside of the rotors`!?!? but it´s equal that "problem" is solved.....but i´ll def have to bleed the brakes once again....but since it´s raining agaaaaain
this may take some while.
this may take some while.

but it seems like it´s going to be shine day....maybe i could bleed them today
so it seems like everything worked out good in the end...bleeded the brakes another time....still a little issue with the rears but not a big one (still loosen some brake fluid on the bolt where u bleed the caliper....just can´t remember the english word for it
)......man i´ve to post up some pics finally
.....but i´m a little bit lazy right at the moment and have another new project on the start
i´ll def post pics asap

Glad things are working out. I just bled my front ST-40's this weekend due to a small amount of air bubbles buidling up from my last track day. No problem, no leaks, and now my pedal is very solid again ready for the next HPDE.
still having some issues with the front driver side caliper
don´t know why??? as i told i bleeded the hole system again and there where no bubbles at all.did 2 test drives "normal" driving conditions.
so i thought it would be a good idea to go up the mountians and have some fun
everything was fine....except the loose pedal feeling....not awlays, just sometimes (didn´t figured out under which driving conditions..????).you know you push the pedal the first time and it feel kind a loose ,then u push it another time and you could feel that the pedal feel is pretty tight.
so i drove home and tried to messure the temp. on the front calipers (since the rears didn´t even get warm
)and the right caliper/rotor were hotter than the left one. ?????? could be caused by a grinding "brake pad"....which means that the pistons come out and stay out instead of going back into "open" position.
sucks pretty hard.......i´m already pissed again!!!
anyone any ideas what else could be wrong???
oh and yes the temperatur on both front calipers were the same after i bleeded the system again.
but what´s most bothering me is that it´s sunny outside and pretty good weather.....after 3 weeks of rain....and i´m sitting at home trying to figure out what´s wrong.....cause i don´t want to damage my front rotors.

When you went up to the mountains did you take some hard turns? If so you probably experienced what is known as pad knock back.
