Question about 03 Track(VDC) and Tokico D-Spec Shocks

Default Question about 03 Track(VDC) and Tokico D-Spec Shocks

If i bought those shock, are they competible with VDC???

Yes and no. Nissan has a standard disclaimer with any Nismo parts which you could extend to any aftermarket parts that states that those parts are for non-VDC cars. Thousands of us have put on aftermarket suspension, wheels and tires and had absolutely no problems with VDC.

The disclaimer is Nissans way of covering their *** in case you get in an accident. VDC was designed for a particular suspension and wheel/tire combination. Anything that you replace, MAY have some effect on VDC. In reality, it hardly ever does.

You'll be fine with the shocks.

Ya I've had absolutely no problems with the tokicos and my vdc and I also have an 03 track if that helps you out - Mike
