Does anyone measure their own camber? Ive been thinking of maybe buying a camber gauge? Anyone ever tried one? Thanks.

I've never used it myself, but I don't think I would consider it good enough to set it and forget it. Tires are an expensive thing to waste. And if you change your camber, you will also change your toe. I'm sure you can get very close with the string alignment, but I'd still take it to a place with a Hunter machine once i'm satisfied with how it's handling for the most part.

Simple high school Trig problem, measuring and calculating camber and translating in fractional inches of angular offset.

1/8" is ~~ 0.5 degrees

the electronic smart camber tool is great, as long as the floor you're measuring on is completely LEVEL.

i've used it before and works great.
