Default Handling Problems!

Hey guys I have noticed when I turn in I have to much weight on the front tires. The tail end wants to break loose. Common sense says I should raise the front a little. Do you think that would help transfer a little weight to the rear so that the rear tire girp a little more?

Go one step softer on the rear sway bar, or one step harder on the front
